Frequently Asked Questions

Everything listed on our online store is created with designs that we already have in stock. When your order is received we will check our stock for your specified color, size and brand (if applicable) product blank. If we have it in stock your order will enter production within one business day and ship with one business day of completion for a total of 2-3 days turnaround time. If we do not have your color, size or brand (if applicable) we will order it. This can add 2-7 business days to the turnaround time for your order.

1. Pre-heat iron to hottest temperature setting. (DO NOT STEAM DURING APPLICATION).
2. Pre-heat fabric where attaching patch for 35 seconds.
3. Position patch on fabric. Cover with a thin cloth.
4. Press straight down for 35 seconds with constant firm pressure. (NO BACK AND FORTH).
5. Wait 35 seconds then turn garment inside out and repeat step 4.
6. Let cool for one minute. If edge comes up, repeat.

               DO NOT WASH OR WEAR FOR 24 HOURS.

Certain items in our online store include an option to add a donation option of a specified amount (ie: $1, $, or $5) to your order. The item or option description will include details on where the funds will be donated. All funds are kept in a special account, and will be disbursed once per quarter to the specified groups/organizations.

Give us details about the reunion and we will go from there…. We’ll ask for more information if we need it, and then we’ll create a custom listing in our online store for you to share, or we’ll work out the details with you for a bulk order (where it would be delivered all together to you or your designee and then distributed at your reunion or how you see fit). We do other events as well; birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, family vacations, concerts, business conventions, and even field trips!
